Delores K. Brungardt, 61, died August 23, 1998, at Integrated
     Health Services, Great Bend.
       She was born April 21, 1937, at Hays, the daughter of Mike
     and Catherine Herman Boxler. A Great Bend resident for 29 years,
     moving from Liberal, she was a day-care provider.
       She belonged to St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church and the Alter
     Society, both at Great Bend.
       On April 19, 1958, she married Lionel "Bud" Brungardt at Hays.
     He survives.
       Other survivors include: two sons, Kevin and Mark Brungardt,
     both of Medicine Lodge; three daughters, Michelle Rose and
     Donelle Brungardt, both of Great Bend, and Christine Beisner,
     Hutchinson; father, Hays; two brothers, Harold Boxler, Wheatridge,
     Colorado, and Gerald Boxler, Scottsdale, Arizona; a sister, Mary
     Ann Subach, Belle Meade, New Jersey; and six grandchildren.
       Funeral services were held Wednesday, August 26, 1998, at St.
     Rose of Lima Catholic Church, Great Bend, with Father Charles
     Mazouch presiding. Burial was in the Great Bend Cemetery.
       Memorials may be sent to Golden Belt Home Health & Hospice or
     to the St. Rose Alter Society, both in care of Bryant-Christians
     Funeral Home, Great Bend.
